April has always loved the West County and is thrilled to join the team at Radiate. As a CYT 200+ with additional certifications in both Yin and Restorative, she has studied locally with Shane Davis, Vinita Laroia, Amanda Giacomini, and Kimiko Tao Fujimoto.

Her flow classes playfully explore asana, pranayama, meditation, and sound, with a focus on vitality and longevity. No rules here other than to show up, practice safely, and keep breathing!

Come ready to play and to learn, push yourself or maybe give yourself permission to back off if needed. Balancing the dualities of yoga – movement and stillness, mindfulness, but also letting go, effort and ease – are practices that we can use both on and off the mat throughout our best life.

When not teaching or practicing yoga, you’ll find April with animals – either horses or wildlife out at the Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue, or out for a hike at places like Annadel and Bodega Head. We live in an amazing place.
