Everyone Loves a Foot Massage

As our hearts work hard to send oxygenated blood to our organs and extremities, our feet and calf muscles work hard too, doing their part to help return depleted blood to the heart and lungs. When circulation in the lower leg slows down - due to illness, lack of movement, age and other factors - the fluids that accumulate can cause pain and swelling, creating or compounding mobility issues that can impact our daily lives.

The Leg & Foot Treatment at Radiate includes gua sha massage techniques that can greatly improve circulation and lymph flow by clearing the “obstacles” in the lower leg circulation path: muscle tension, scar tissue, lymph stagnation and sticky fascia*. While this 30-minute treatment addresses a wide range of tissue, lymph and circulation issues, it also brings comfort to toes and legs that are just tired from a long walk, long day or long week!

We use unscented, organic plant-derived massage oils that are soothing and hydrating, leaving the skin nourished and protected. Book a Leg and Foot Treatment after a yoga class (or any time) to enjoy the restorative benefits it brings your body, mind and heart ☺️
